When we recruit new staff, we look for a level of competence and personal development potential which supports our business aims and corporate objectives. This is done do to ensure that both the applicant and Telcotec can benefit from a mutually rewarding collaboration. We are naturally interested in attracting committed people in order to retain them and further develop their skills. That is why our selection process is so thorough – we recruit the best!
Applications
Upon receipt of your application, you will be sent an acknowledgment. Applications via e-mail are preferred.
During the recruitment process you will be asked to provide references from your previous employment or academic studies, which is used to form a broad assessment.
Interview
If you are invited for interview, this will normally take place 1 week after receipt of your application. At the interview you will meet the recruitment officer, Maree Smyth and a member from a relevant team. It is important that you prepare for the interview, in order to give us the best possible basis for assessment. You are expected to have questions prepared regarding the position and the company. Generally, the second interview will take place on the same day. Please allow enough time for this (2-3 hours).
Test
Depending on the role applied for, there is an oral test and the candidate is expected to have prepared for this.

If no current vacancies match your profile but you have a keen interest in working for us, you are welcome to send an unsolicited job application. If we receive an unsolicited application, and your skills are relevant to Telcotec, we will examine possible opportunities in our organization, and should no opportunity currently exist, your application, (with your consent), will be kept in our candidate database for a period of 6 months.
