Darragh Sinnott, Managing Director
Darragh has over 16 years experience in the ITC industry. Building his early career with Price Waterhouse London, Darragh worked in many technology and industry sectors and moved from there to Ericsson Ireland, where he spent over 8 years specialising in telecom network management and established and managed a successful systems software design department. Darragh moved to Telcotec in 2001 and he took over as MD in January of 2007.
Seamus Gallagher, Manager of Regional Development Team
Seamus has held several technical management positions in a career spanning 18 years. Through the diversity of his experience, he has become a specialist in delivering large scale projects with a high focus on time to market. After obtaining a BSc in applied computing from WIT in 1990, he spent his early career in Price Waterhouse, before moving to Lombard motor finance where he managed the development of a point of sale system for car dealerships. In 1996, he setup as a freelance consultant and took a position with the National Grid in the UK, where he was instrumental in delivering a charging system for the regulated charging of grid use. During the ’00 he continued to take on diverse roles working for O2, GSK pharmaceutical and RBS bank where he delivered projects on call tracing, high throughput screening and credit risk. Seamus joined Telcotec in 2005, where he manages a department which works closely with Ericsson in delivering a state of the art charging system for prepaid mobile networks.
Frank Mullen, Manager Telcotec Professional Services
Frank has over 20 years of experience in the ITC industry and he spent many years in the UK and USA with companies such as EDS and IBS. The focus of Frank’s career has been and continues to be, the successful delivery of professional services to multi-national organisations. His early years as a systems engineer with EDS prepared him for a career delivering value to customers. When Frank returned to Ireland he worked with Equant (Orange Business Services) as Head of IT (Ireland) and Global Head of Billing Systems. Working with Telcotec allows Frank to merge the two strands of his career to deliver value added services to Mobile Telco Operators and Global Telco Software Manufacturers.
Ohm Bedi, Senior Key Account Manager
As Senior Key Account Manager of Telcotec, part of the Telcotec team, Ohm is responsible for expanding the Telcotec roadmap and charter into the global communications market and enhancing the service capabilities and customer-facing activities in strategic markets beyond the shores of Ireland.
Ohm has more than 30 years experience within the Information Technology arena and has worked on various consulting and product assignments and has proven experience in working within tight business environments. He was actively engaged in consulting and the delivery of services for Oracle, Sybase, VMware and Microsoft technologies.
In addition to heading these strategic initiatives, Ohm was Senior Sales Account Manager for DNM Technology, responsible for new business and account management in telecom, banking, insurance, government, utility, airlines, retailing, manufacturing to pharmaceutical and media (broadcasting) industries.
In 2001 Ohm joined VNVi as Senior Business Development Manager. He has contributed at highest level towards R & D of electronic prescription; secure document delivery, e-post office and paperless exams.
Having a wide range of cross-functional experience in the telecommunications industry, Ohm recently worked on wireless data communication solutions for both the carrier and enterprise markets, offering applications for mobile sales and customer relationship management (CRM) as well as logistics and field service capabilities that enable companies to engage, transact, fulfil and service their customers while "on-the-move".
Prior to that, Ohm held various senior positions at DLUK where he had major responsibilities in market management, sales, marketing, product management, multinational account management, and operations. He also has an impressive track record in developing business strategies and creating fast growth organizations.
